Cambridge University Science Magazine
BlueSci is a University of Cambridge student science society that publishes a magazine every term, in addition to releasing content online. It combines quality accessible science writing, on a range of topics and using a range of formats, with fantastic artwork - all produced by members of the university.

I contributed several news pieces to BlueSci during my PhD.

Evolution of whale mouth structures
Why ants never get stuck in traffic jams
I also acted as co-host and interviewer for one of their early podcast episodes.

The Naked Scientists
During my internship with The Naked Scientists I routinely wrote weekly science news articles. Selected pieces are linked below:

Ancient termite metropolis uncovered
Huggable robots with 'feelings'
Skip the sun bed, get a 'real' tan

I also wrote a feature article asking the question 'Why can't we heal perfectly?'
